1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell your data.
3. Cookies and local storage
We do not set tracking cookies. Your browser’s local storage keeps only what the site needs: your sign-in session, your theme (light or dark) and your chosen table type. This is strictly necessary for the site to work, so no consent banner is needed. Our service providers (for example Cloudflare, and Lemon Squeezy on its checkout pages) may set their own technical cookies.
4. Who receives your data (processors)
- Render: hosting and database storage.
- Cloudflare: network protection and delivery of the site.
- Resend: sending verification and password-reset e-mails (your e-mail address and the e-mail text).
- Lemon Squeezy: payments, tax and receipts. It is an independent seller with its own privacy policy.
- Anthropic: the AI that writes PRO tasks and powers the tutor. Only the task text and what you type to the tutor are sent, not your e-mail address or password.
- Formspree: delivers the feedback form you may fill in (your message and the e-mail you type in it).
- X (Twitter): only if you choose to sign in with X.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the USA. Where required we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Account and practice data: while your account exists. After you delete your account we remove it, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records, which Lemon Squeezy and we keep for the statutory period) and short-lived security logs and backups, which are overwritten within a limited time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/EEA or the UK) you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or move it to another service, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use these rights, or to delete your account, write to g62124665@gmail.com from the e-mail address of the account; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security and children
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), tasks are signed so answers cannot be tampered with, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires. The Service is not meant for children under 16.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Service or by e-mail.
